Dr Qureshi was fantastic, he insisted on seeing me at the surgery and helped me with everything I needed. He reassured me and acted accordingly. Full of information and out my mind at ease. Because of this I was urgently seen at the hospital for a scan. He was amazing. Lucky to have a doctor like this.

Whilst appointments are still completed over the phone this is a very efficient way of asking advice. The Drs always call as scheduled and if they need you to come in to be seen this can be arranged within days. The reception and dispensing people are very kind and approachable and my interactions with the Doctors today has been successful and professional. Resolving long term problems which other surgeries (out of area) where unable to resolve.
